Description
When we look at the issue of Palestine, we must focus on two main facets: an international law perspective and an Islamic juristic perspective. This is because religion is used as a key tool in the justification of settler colonialism practiced by the Zionists. Another important thing to illuminate is the international law that colonial occupation has been violating for decades. Therefore, it is important to highlight the continuous breaches of international laws and conventions. ‘Palestine Issue: An Analysis in the Light of Islamic and Contemporary International Law’ succinctly addresses both and hence, it is a significant contribution. It is a beautifully written book that presents you with staunch facts that sum up the situation in avery concise manner.
